Certifications & Credentials

About Brian
Brian Moore founded Scale Resource Group after a career spanning startups, PE-backed businesses, and public company finance environments. That breadth of experience — from building a first chart of accounts for an early-stage company to managing complex multi-entity reporting for a public organization — gave him a clear view of the gap between what most accounting providers offer and what growing businesses actually need.
Scale Resource Group was built to close that gap. Based in Mobile, Alabama, SRG serves businesses across the four-county Gulf Coast footprint — Mobile County, Baldwin County, Escambia County (FL), and Harrison County (MS) — as well as remote clients throughout the United States. The firm builds and operates the financial operations, business intelligence, and forecasting infrastructure that organizations need to make better decisions — combining accounting execution, management reporting, and human-led intelligent automation as one integrated operating system.
Brian holds the CPA, CMA, and MBA designations and has earned certifications as a Microsoft Certified AI Business Professional and Ramp Certified Partner. These credentials reflect SRG's commitment to staying at the leading edge of finance technology — not as a future roadmap item, but as a core part of how the firm delivers services today.
His work spans financial operations, fractional and interim CFO engagements, finance transformation, and transaction advisory. Clients include PE-backed businesses, growth-stage companies preparing for a capital raise, and owner-operated businesses navigating a significant transition. Brian is a member of the Mobile Chamber of Commerce and the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce.
